I really like dip. It’s so easy to make AND to serve! Here’s a recipe I love for the warm summer months that is packed with protein and fiber (to keep us full and looking good in our swimsuits!):
15.5 ounce can of black beans
8 ounce block of cream cheese
3/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and “process” until cream cheese is smooth. Be careful not to over process because it will become soupy.
2. Serve with Organic Vegetable Chips.
