Eliminate Frizz in 2 Minutes or Less

Every woman I speak to does not like frizzy hair. They also don’t like spending more the 2 minutes doing their hair each morning. They don’t even like someone else taking more than 2 minutes to do their hair for them! Our writers, Theresa Cintula (my mom), and Tara Felice (my bestie) have the exact same reaction when I lovingly give my time to fix their hair woes! “You DON’T need more hairspray…that’s TOO MUCH…why is this taking so long??!!!”

So, to help them (and me!) I am writing this short tutorial to teach ladies with ponytail-length hair how to easily eliminate their own frizz every morning in 2 minutes or less :).

Step 1: If you have curly or wavy hair, rub any type of moisturizer that you have on the palms your hands, and carefully run your fingers through your hands to detangle it. If you have straight hair, brush it with a boar-bristle brush.

Step 2: Hold your hand over the sink and spray 4 spritzes of Kenra Volume Spray onto your fingertips. Rub half of it onto the fingertips of your other hand, and smooth the hair around your ears, forehead, and back of neck.

Step 3: Spray 6 spritzes into the palm of your hand. Rub half of it onto the palm of your other hand, and smooth the parts of your hair that will be the “tail.”

Step 4: Spray 4 spritzes into the palm of your hand again. Rub half of it onto the palm of your other hand, and use your hands to put your hair into the ponytail. Use the thinnest hair tie that will hold your hair in the color closest to your hair color. This will keep it chic! Note: If your hair is too short for a “regular” ponytail, you can try a “low” one at the nape of your neck.

Bonus Tip: If your hair is already “styled” and just needs a quick touch-up, spray the Kenra Volume Spray onto this makeup sponge and use it to carefully smooth your frizz and fly-aways. I use this sponge when I don’t  want to spray my hands because I already put my rings on.

To decrease stress, practice this for the first time when you have extra time. While this tutorial really does only take 2 minutes or less, it’s best to always allow ourselves extra time when we are learning something new :).

xoxoxo :)
