Game Day Dip

I like fun food. I like it even more when it’s nutritious! So, I created this delicious and healthy dip for the big game day (not that I know when that is or who could be playing). Here’s the very easy recipe:

Super Bowl Ranch Dip (click here to print)

8 ounces plain cream cheese
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 cup plain greek yogurt
1 tablespoon whole milk
1/3 cup + 1/8 cup buttermilk

  1. Place cream cheese, dill weed, yellow mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder in a food processor and “process” until cream cheese is smooth.
  2. Add greek yogurt, whole milk, and buttermilk, and “process” until well blended. Be careful not to over process because it will become soupy.
  3. Serve with carrots and celery.
