Healthy AND Filling Breakfast

If I don’t eat a big enough breakfast, I am grumpy. My coffee makes me feel strung out instead of focused and perky and my empty stomach puts my whole little bod in a state of physical stress and discomfort. Who the heck wants to start their day like that?! To prevent this agony, we must start eating this easy and filling breakfast…

This breakfast has approximately 26 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber!

I like to eat this with a knife and a fork while sitting at my breakfast bar and getting started on some work from my phone. I find having a relaxing breakfast is an important start to my day. If you need to take it to go, slice the toast in half, make a sandwich out of your sausage and cheese, and then wrap it in foil.

AND drink a nice amount of water with it. We MUST start our day hydrated. It’s good for our brain, stomach, and skin!
