I’m not good at sitting patiently while my hair is blown out, so when I endure the task, I want to keep that blowout for as long as possible! These are my 4 easy tricks to make it last:
- Dry Shampoo and Boar Paddle Brush: Dry shampoo is a miracle product that works wonders at removing the excess “oiliness” from your scalp. Pour a quarter-size amount of this powder into the palm of your hands, tip your head over the sink, rub it into your scalp, and brush it through your hair.
- Dry Conditioner: I use dry conditioner the same way I use the dry shampoo, but instead of applying it to my scalp, I apply it to the ends of my hair to “freshen” them up.
- Hairspray: I rarely spray hairspray directly on my head. I find that it clumps. Instead, spray this into the palm of your hands and rub your hands together gently, being sure your fingertips are covered with the spray, then pat down your hair where you have frizz or flyaways.
- Flyaway Tamer: For stubborn flyways (particularly around the ear and nape of the neck) use a tamer wand.
Happy Gorgeous Hair!
