Kid Approved Healthy Dessert!

Our wellness contributor, Tara Felice, has two adorable children who she somehow gets to eat dairy free, gluten free, vegan, paleo-friendly foods that have NO fake or refined sugar. And they’re HAPPY about it! So, I decided we must share one of her easy, healthy recipes for the holidays!

 

Avocado Chocolate Pudding
4 very ripe avocados 
1 cup cacao powder
1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla

  1. Blend until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Coconut Whipped Cream
1 can heavy coconut cream (BE SURE TO REFRIGERATE  AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO MAKING)
1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup 

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Whip with mixer.
