I have used my Mom’s chili recipe for 38 years. Never have I come across any other better! So, I decided, let’s try and make it a Slow Cooker “one-pot wonder”!
One-Pot Wonders: Chili!
1 lb ground chicken
1 large chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1 ½ tsp chili powder (use more if you like it spicy)
2 cans tomato soup
2 cans dark kidney beans (undrained)
1 can diced tomatoes
1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker and carefully mix together with a large spoon.
2. Cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
