One-Pot Wonders: Sloppy Joe Mac & Cheese

The Super Bowl is right around the corner (that’s what I hear, anyway). I do not know much about athletics, but I do know a lot about tasty food. So, I created this very easy slow cooker recipe for the Super Bowl!

One-Pot Wonders: Sloppy Joe Mac & Cheese (click here to print)

20 ounces smoky barbeque sauce
1 pound ground chicken
10 ounces chopped onions
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
24 ounces cubed extra sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups whole milk
1/3 cup dark molasses
13.25 ounces (1 box) whole grain rotini

  1. Pour half of the barbeque sauce across the bottom of the slow cooker. Then place the chicken, onions, garlic powder, and black pepper on top. Mix together.
  2. Add the cheese (you can buy this already cubed to save time), milk, molasses, remainder of the barbeque sauce, and rotini. Mix everything together.
  3. Cook on high for 3 hours.
  4. Serve with Graye Note’s Game Day Dip and Veggies for some nice crunch!

Have fun #CrockRockin!
