The Super Bowl is right around the corner (that’s what I hear, anyway). I do not know much about athletics, but I do know a lot about tasty food. So, I created this very easy slow cooker recipe for the Super Bowl!
20 ounces smoky barbeque sauce
1 pound ground chicken
10 ounces chopped onions
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
24 ounces cubed extra sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups whole milk
1/3 cup dark molasses
13.25 ounces (1 box) whole grain rotini
- Pour half of the barbeque sauce across the bottom of the slow cooker. Then place the chicken, onions, garlic powder, and black pepper on top. Mix together.
- Add the cheese (you can buy this already cubed to save time), milk, molasses, remainder of the barbeque sauce, and rotini. Mix everything together.
- Cook on high for 3 hours.
- Serve with Graye Note’s Game Day Dip and Veggies for some nice crunch!
Have fun #CrockRockin!
