Summers over but your foundation is still tan: what to do to transition?!
I love my summer glow. My skin tone in August is at least 2 shades deeper than in the dead of winter. Now fall has hit, my glow is fading, and my summer shade is starting to be a bit too dark. My winter shade is totally too light. Insert tears here. What to do??
You could go out and get another foundation, and then another, to keep matching your changing skin tone….or try something different! Skin matching foundations!! Foundations like Josie Maran Argan Matchmaker Serum Foundation (seph.me/1PtHyYO) or Almay’s Smart Shade Skintone Matching Makeup (bit.ly/1hcN2sr) line are perfect for seasons where your skin is in transition. I love that one bottle can cover your chameleon-like skin tone for the fall or spring. You could even make this your year round coverage if you like! They start out white, then as you blend them onto the skin, they morph into your perfect “shade of the moment” and even out your skin.
Josie Maran’s foundation rocks because it contains Argan oil, which I LOVE for skincare. I love using products that have treatment as well as performance. Almay’s line is amazing for a drugstore brand and has a shadematch concealer as well. Great price point if you’re just trying these out. Don’t let fall get you down😂 (ok had to get in one bad seasonal joke)…Shadematch!!!
