One-Pot Wonders: Pork Roast!

Spring is in the air, and this means that I am cleaning out closets and Spring cleaning! So, why worry about making dinner? Grab your slow cooker (KitchenAid Slow Cooker: amzn.to/1oBILp9) to free up your time. Now I know, whenever you hear “roast” you think, “oh no, I will be all day in the kitchen.” Not a chance! One-Pot Wonders: Pork Roast! 1 cup chicken broth (I use Swanson Natural Goodness 100% Fat Free in a can) 2 ¼ lb pork roast 2 cans of potatoes (or 5 medium potatoes cut in chunks) 1 cup frozen chopped onions (or 1 medium raw onion) 1 bag frozen peas & carrots (or any vegetable you like) ½ tsp black pepper 1 tsp paprika ½ tsp onion powder ¼ tsp garlic powder 1 tsp rosemary Pour chicken broth in bottom of slow cooker Place pork roast, potatoes, onions, and vegetables across the bottom of the pot.
